July's Cocktail of the Month is the Smoky Jamaican Dry made with Appleton Estate Signature Blend Rum and Fever-Tree Smoky Ginger Ale. Serves 1

Appleton Estate Signature Blend features the brown sugar and vanilla flavours of a golden rum, but it’s the spiced apple, orange zest and tropical notes that define this Jamaican drink. The burnt sugar and aromatic ginger of Fever-Tree Smoky Ginger Ale is a perfect match for the tropical personality of Appleton Estate, with the mixer’s Applewood smoked water balancing the spirit’s sweetness, adding length and complexity.

  1. Fill a Highball glass with ice
  2. Add 45ml Appleton Estate Signature Blend Rum
  3. Top up with 200ml Fever-Tree Smoky Ginger Ale
  4. Garnish with an orange wedge
