Ingredients

  • 30ml 42BELOW Passionfruit
  • 20ml umeshu (plum wine)
  • 90ml Mac's Ginger Beer
  • fresh lime
  • dash Angostura Bitters
  • ice
  1. Into a chilled highball glass add the 42BELOW Passionfruit, plum wine, bitters and juice of a lime and stir well to combine
  2. Fill the glass with ice and stir briefly then top with ginger beer, garnish with the husk of your lime and serve
