Salted Caramel White Russian


  • For the cheat’s salted caramel sauce:
  • 1 tin condensed milk caramel
  • 70g butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • For the drink:
  • 1 cup vodka
  • ½ cup Baileys
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 4 heaped tablespoons cheat’s salted caramel sauce

This gourmet version of a white Russian is super easy to make, and utterly delicious. Serves 4

  1. To make the cheat’s caramel sauce, place ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly to ensure butter has melted and is well combined with the caramel
  2. Remove from heat and leave to cool until ready to serve
  3. Place vodka, Baileys and milk in a large ice-filled jug and stir to combine
  4. Swirl a heaped tablespoon of salted caramel sauce around each of the four glasses
  5. Fill each glass with ice and top with vodka mixture
