Rum Riesling Fizz

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons jam (we used Barkers Blackberry Jam)
  • 40ml Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml Mt Difficulty Riesling
  • 15ml coconut water
  • 30ml soda water
  1. Using a basting brush, paint stripes of jam inside a champagne flute working from the bottom of the glass to the top feel free to be as creative as you like here!
  2. Add the Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum, lime juice, riesling and coconut water to a shaker (or jam jar), fill halfway with ice and hard shake for 15 seconds. Fine strain into your jam-painted flute, then top with soda water
  3. Hot tip: Use a spoon to whip up the jam before painting the inside of the glass. Once painted, for added strength, place glasses in the freezer for a few minutes before serving
