Rum and Coconut Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • cup brewed espresso coffee, cooled
  • 30ml golden rum
  • 30ml Galliano ristretto liqueur
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 scoops coconut ice cream
  1. Put coffee, liqueur, and rum into a cocktail shaker (no ice) and shake well to combine.
  2. Blend coconut milk and ice cream together until smooth, pour into an ice-filled glass and then pour in coffee mixture and stir.
