Rosé and Berry Popsicles


  • 2 cups fresh or frozen berries
  • ⅓ cup caster sugar
  • 550ml rosé (we used Brown Brothers Moscato Rosa)
  • 40ml lemon juice
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries 

A great treat on a hot summer's day. Use a mixture of any of your favourite fresh or frozen berries. Makes 10 popsicles

  1. In a blender, combine fresh or frozen berries, caster sugar, rosé and lemon juice and blend until smooth
  2. Divide sliced strawberries among popsicle moulds and pour over rosé mixture. Insert a popsicle stick into each mould and freeze for 5 hours. Run popsicle moulds under warm water to loosen before eating
