Ingredients

300ml Malibu Liqueur

250ml pineapple juice

250ml coconut water

150ml sparkling water

1 bottle champagne, prosecco or sparkling wine

fresh pineapple wedges and raspberries, to serve
Head straight to the tropics with this pineapple, coconutty cocktail. Serves 6.

In a large jug, add Malibu, pineapple juice and coconut water and mix well.

Add the sparkling water, stir, and pour into champagne flutes.

Top each flute with champagne, prosecco or sparkling wine.

Garnish with pineapple pieces skewered onto a cocktail stick and fresh raspberries.
