A nod to the classic gimlet with a grilled orange syrup. Slightly spiced, but fresh and well balanced. Serves 1
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve.
To make the grilled orange syrup, add 50:50 sugar and water to a pan, then heat to dissolve sugar. Add 1 or 2 oranges to a grill to char. Once charred, add oranges to sugar syrup and heat to extract the flavour.
