Tequila and Peach Sangria


  • 4 stonefruit (we used peaches and nectarines)
  • 1 punnet strawberries, cut into chunks
  • 150ml tequila
  • 150ml peach schnapps
  • juice of 3 limes
  • L&P, to top
  • ice

An international mash-up that sings of a Kiwi summer. Makes one large jug

  1. Place a large scoop of ice and then the prepared stonefruit and strawberries into a large jug
  2. Add tequila, peach schnapps and lime juice and stir to combine. Add L&P and lightly stir, and serve in tall glasses, spooning fresh fruit and ice into each glass
