Ingredients

  • 60ml Blush Small Batch Rhubarb Gin
  • 15ml Barker’s of Geraldine Squeezed NZ Limes with Elderflower concentrate
  • 15ml Barker’s of Geraldine Rhubarb, Strawberry & Raspberry Fruit Compote
  • 4 drops orange bitters
  • ice cubes
  • soda water
The team at Liquorland Long Bay love this Blush rhubarb gin so much, they created their own cocktail with it. Give this pretty tipple a try this summer! Makes 1
  1. Add all the ingredients except the soda water to a cocktail shaker and mix well to bind the citrus
  2. Pour over ice cubes into a tall glass, top with soda water and serve
