15ml Barker’s of Geraldine Rhubarb, Strawberry & Raspberry Fruit Compote

4 drops orange bitters

ice cubes

soda water

Add all the ingredients except the soda water to a cocktail shaker and mix well to bind the citrus

Pour over ice cubes into a tall glass, top with soda water and serve
