Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 50ml Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum
  • 75ml lime juice
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • strawberries (fresh or frozen), quartered
A party favourite for its crowd-pleasing flavour and pretty red hue. Serves 1.
  1. Chill a coupe or cocktail glass and quarter two strawberries. Set one strawberry quarter aside, for garnishing.
  2. Place strawberries into a shaker and muddle into a paste.
  3. Add Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum, lime juice, caster sugar and ice into the cocktail shaker and shake hard for 10 seconds.
  4. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with extra strawberry.
