Spiced Mango Rum Lassi

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mango cubes (fresh or frozen)
  • small nub fresh turmeric, grated (or ¼ teaspoon dried ground turmeric)
  • ½ cup kefir yoghurt
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 60ml spiced rum
  • honey, to taste
  • honeycomb and thinly sliced mango, to garnish
A sweet, creamy mango lassi is given a delicious edge with the addition of spiced rum. Makes 1
  1. Place all ingredients except garnishes in a blender and blitz until combined.
  2. Pour into a glass and garnish with a square of honeycomb and a thin slice of mango inside the glass, if desired.
