Ingredients

  • 60ml Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla Gin
  • dash fresh lime juice
  • dash Bittermens Burlesque Bitters
  • 5ml agave nectar or honey
  • ice
  • golden grapefruit leaves and zest, to garnish
“Ti’ punch” (literally “small punch”) is a popular drink in the French-speaking Caribbean islands and the national cocktail of Martinique. Here Seville oranges give it a delightful citrus edge. Makes 1
  1. Add first four ingredients to an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir until glass is frosted
  2. Pour over large ice cube in a rocks glass
  3. Garnish with fresh grapefruit zest and leaves
