500ml Mac's Lemon Crush or old fashioned lemonade

To make the pink ice cubes, muddle the raspberries together with the water and then strain through a sieve. Use the liquid to make large ice cubes

Add the pink cubes to a tall jug. Pour in lemon juice, limoncello and gin

Add the Mac's Lemon Crush or old fashioned lemonade, then top with soda
