Ingredients

  • 45ml Patrón Anejo or Reposado
  • 20ml fresh lime juice
  • 10ml sherry (Oloroso if available)
  • 15mls pear syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
This cocktail was invented Christchurch bartender Britney Parker as part of a competition with Patron Tequila - and it's a winner!

Any Patron tequila is great for this cocktail; pick up your bottle of Patron Reposado Tequila here and get creating!

  1. Shake all ingredients to combine and strain into glass or vessel. Add ice, and top with crushed ice. Garnish with a burnt pine twig and serve with a metal straw.
