Ingredients

  • 40ml 42 Below Feijoa Vodka
  • 5ml orgeat
  • 90ml fresh green apple juice
  • ice
  • ginger beer (we used East Imperial)
  • freeze-dried blood orange slices, to garnish
A mule is such a simple drink: vodka, citrus and ginger beer. This version uses freshly juiced green apples, which makes for a long summer cocktail you’ll want to enjoy again and again. Makes 1
  1. Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice
  2. Top with a dash of ginger beer
  3. Garnish with a slice of freeze-dried blood orange to serve
