Ingredients

  • 1 hibiscus heart
  • 40ml hot darjeeling tea
  • 40ml cold drip coffee (we used Harpoon Cold Brew concentrate)
  • 30ml Appleton Estate Reserve Blend
  • dash of Angostura bitters
  • scoop of coconut ice cream, to serve
Turn the typically fruity and refreshing Montego Bay on its head and indulge in this warming, caffeine-infused tipple. Serves 1
  1. METHOD: Steep the hibiscus heart in the hot darjeeling tea for 3 minutes, strain and pour into a warm glass. Add all other ingredients whilst maintaining the temperature. Top with the coconut ice cream to finish.
  2. GARNISH: Darjeeling tea strands.
  3. GLASS: Coupette or similar.
