40ml cold drip coffee (we used Harpoon Cold Brew concentrate)
30ml Appleton Estate Reserve Blend
dash of Angostura bitters
scoop of coconut ice cream, to serve
Turn the typically fruity and refreshing Montego Bay on its head and indulge in this warming, caffeine-infused tipple. Serves 1
METHOD: Steep the hibiscus heart in the hot darjeeling tea for 3 minutes, strain and pour into a warm glass. Add all other ingredients whilst maintaining the temperature. Top with the coconut ice cream to finish.
GARNISH: Darjeeling tea strands.
GLASS: Coupette or similar.
