Ingredients

  • 30ml crème de menthe, chilled
  • 30ml white crème de cacao
  • 45ml vodka
  • 45ml cream
  • ice
  • mint leaves, to serve
A creamy peppermint and white chocolate dessert cocktail to covet. Serves 1

Tip: Be mindful to use 'white' (clear) crème de cacao for this cocktail, rather than the brown version. 

  1. Place a handful of ice into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and shake well for 10 seconds.
  3. Strain liquid into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
