Mexican Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of St Hallet Gamekeepers Shiraz Cabernet
  • juice of 3 fresh oranges
  • juice of 2 fresh lemons or limes
  • 1 cup Smirnoff Vodka
  • 90ml Jose Cuervo Especial Gold Tequila
  • 90ml De Valcourt VSOP Brandy
  • 1 litre old-fashioned lemonade
  • 500ml Nakd Sparkling Water
  • slices or oranges, lemons, limes
  • large ice cubes
  • edible flowers

A splash of tequila lends a Mexican twist to our favourite party punch. Makes 1 large bowl

  1. Pour red wine, orange and lemon juice, vodka, tequila and brandy into a large bowl and stir together
  2. Add the old-fashioned lemonade and the sparkling water. Stir, then taste and adjust as necessary
  3. Garnish with ice cubes, citrus slices and edible flowers and serve
