  • 40 ml Lillet Blanc or Rosé
  • 100ml Mumm Grand Cordon
This classy cocktail was served at the Mumm Yacht Club for discerning guests. Serves 1
  1. Add Lillet into a stemless wine glass and fill with ice. Spritz with champagne.
  2. Garnish with a strawberry slice (if available) and fresh mint to serve.
