Gin Hot Toddy


  • juice 1 lemon, strained
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 60ml Tanqueray Gin
  • 30ml Stones Green Ginger wine
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon juniper berries
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Serves 2

  1. Divide the lemon juice, sugar, gin and ginger wine between two heat-resistant glasses. Top with boiling water and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Garnish with a sprig of thyme, a few juniper berries and a cinnamon stick.
