Fuji Hot Punch

Ingredients

  • 50ml Wild Turkey Longbranch Bourbon
  • 100ml dry apple cider (we used Zeffer Crisp Apple Cider)
  • 100ml hot water
  • 1 tablespoon demerara sugar
  • 1/4 cup diced cooked rhubarb
  • 1/2 cup diced green and red apples of any variety
  • 30ml fresh lime juice
  • strips of mandarin zest, to garnish
Tropical and punchy, this drink will warm you right up. Wild Turkey Longbranch Bourbon is mixed with apple, rhubarb and a little zest to spice it up. Serves 1
  1. Place all the ingredients, except the garnish, in a microwave-proof mixing glass or bowl, place in the microwave and cook on high for 30 seconds.
  2. Remove and leave to cool and steep for 2 minutes. Pour into glasses and garnish with strips of mandarin zest.
