  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 2 heaped tablespoons crushed pineapple (from a tin, including juice)
  • 300ml coconut water
  • 60ml Havana Club Anejo Anos white rum
  • 20ml Malibu
  • handful of ice

Transport yourself to the tropics with this dreamy combination of coconut, pineapple, banana and rum

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth
  2. Divide into two glasses and serve
