Christmas Coconut Margarita

Ingredients

  • 60ml Jose Cuervo 1800 Tequila Reserva Coconut
  • 30ml Cointreau
  • 30ml fresh lime juice
  • 60ml coconut cream
  • 1 cup ice
Add a festive touch to a much-coveted cocktail.

Dressing up a drink for Christmas can be simple yet really effective; we've shown two ways:

  • Wooden mini-pegs, cooking string and a red bell (all from places like Look Sharp or Spotlight) to give the Rudolph effect
  • Two Lindt Balls (White Chocolate & Coconut) threaded onto a skewer
  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or cocktail shaker.
  2. Add a cup of ice, then blend/shake again.
  3. Pour through a strainer (to avoid any coconut cream lumps).
