Ingredients

  • 50ml Bombay Bramble Gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • 10ml Crème de Mure Liqueur
  • blackberries (fresh or freeze-dried), to garnish
  • lemon zest, pinch, to garnish
  • ice
Bursting with blackberries this gin and liqueur drink is sweet, tart and worthy of your attention. A fruity spin on gin. Serves 1
  1. Chill an old fashioned glass for at least 10 minutes
  2. Add Bombay Bramble Gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker. Add lid and shake well
  3. Add ice to chilled glass
  4. Double strain liquid from shaker into glass
  5. Slowly pour in Crème de Mure, using the back of a spoon
  6. Garnish with blackberries and lemon zest
