Blueberry Fizz


  • blueberry jam or conserve
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 150ml sparkling wine or prosecco

Get fruity with your bubbles by adding a sweet, flavourful hit of blueberries. Serves 1

  1. Stir together blueberry jam and lemon juice in a small bowl to loosen the jam
  2. Fill a champagne flute with chilled sparkling wine or prosecco and carefully drop in your loosened jam mixture
  3. Gently stir once with a long spoon to combine
