Raspberry, Basil and Black Peppercorn Vodka Infusion


  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • Handful fresh basil leaves
  • 2 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 300ml Stolichnaya Vodka

Spicy, sweet, tart and herbaceous, this little infusion is so gorgeous to sip and to look at

  1. In a clean, sterilised jar or bottle, add the berries, basil, and peppercorns
  2. Top with Stolichnaya Vodka and seal well with the lid
  3. Leave to infuse for 1–2 weeks
  4. Serving idea: Serve in a martini glass with fresh lime juice and a little sugar syrup. Or make a cocktail with soda water and sugar syrup.
