Raspberry and Rosemary Gin Punch


  • 2 cups Hendricks Gin
  • 1 dash of Angostura Bitters
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 3-4 fresh raspberries
  • juice of 4 lemons
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 litre soda water
  • ice
  • fresh raspberries, to garnish

Pairing premium gin with luscious summer fruits (feel free to play around with other berries), this is the perfect punch to sip in the sun. Makes 1 bowl

  1. Place gin, bitters, rosemary, raspberries, lemon juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker
  2. Muddle ingredients to release juices and help dissolve the sugar
  3. Shake and strain into a punch bowl
  4. Add ice to bowl and top with soda water. Gently stir to combine
  5. Ladle into glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries, if desired
