  • 45ml Patrn Reposado Tequila
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml honey syrup
  • 15ml Manzanilla sherry
  • 15ml Cherry Heering liqueur
  • dehydrated lime wheel for garnish

This winning cocktail from the 2017 Patrn Perfectionists cocktail competition in New Zealand, mixes crisp, fresh lime with rich Patrn tequila and a hint of sweet cherry. Recipe by Madeleine Tate from Talulah Bar in Auckland. Serves 1

  1. Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker with ice
  2. Shake until chilled and then strain into chilled coupe glass and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel
