Non-alcoholic Tropical Fruit Punch


  • 2 parts chilled ginger tea (see step one)
  • 3 parts Deep Spring Naturals Pear and Passionfruit soda
  • 1 part mango pulp
  • Squeeze of lime
  • Fresh mint
  • Ice

Make sure you have this alcohol-free punch on standby for the kids (and guests who would rather avoid vodka in the morning).

  1. Slice fresh ginger root and simmer in plenty of water for about 30 minutes. Strain as needed.
  2. Fill a pitcher or tall glass with ice, add mango and stir then add ginger and soda. Note: fresh or tinned mango is fine. Or substitute the mango with fresh passionfruit pulp.
  3. Squeeze fresh lime to taste then slap fresh leaves between your hands to release the oils and drop into the top of the glass.
