Ingredients

  • 60ml gin
  • 30ml fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
  • 100ml cooled matcha tea (whisk 1 teaspooon matcha powder with 100ml hot water)
  • fresh mint and lime wedges to garnish (optional)
  • ice

Enjoy the clean and smoky goodness of matcha tea in this sweet and sour gin cocktail. Serves 1

  1. Add the gin, fresh lime juice, honey or sugar and cooled matcha tea to an ice-filled cocktail shaker
  2. Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with mint and lime if using
