  • 45ml Makers Mark Bourbon
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • splash of water
  • ice
  • orange slice
  • maraschino cherry

This iconic combination of bourbon with bitters, sugar and a citrus twist is made even better with a high quality bourbon like Maker's Mark. Serves 1

  1. Dissolve or muddle sugar with Angostura Bitters and a splash of water in an Old Fashioned glass
  2. Fill glass full of ice and add Makers Mark Bourbon
  3. Stir and garnish with orange slice and a maraschino cherry
