LYCHEE AND ROSE MIMOSA

Ingredients

  • 30ml lychee syrup, from tinned lychees
  • 1 teaspoon rosewater
  • 50ml vodka (optional)
  • sparkling ros wine, to top
  • lychee, to garnish
  1. Shake the lychee syrup, rosewater and vodka (if using) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  2. Pour into a chilled coupe glass and top with sparkling ros wine and garnish with a lychee
