Lemon Basil Martini


  • 60ml gin
  • 30 ml dry vermouth
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 basil leaves
  • ice
  • extra basil and lemon slices, to garnish

Add a herbaceous hit to your martini with this basil-infused version. Serves 1

  1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and muddle together then shake vigorously for 30 seconds
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a basil leaf or lemon slice, if desired
