5ml cider vinegar or watermelon or pineapple kombucha

This light-yet-grounding take on the classic jungle bird cocktail embraces the flavours of orgeat, grapefruit and kombucha. Serves 1

METHOD: Add all ingredients to a highball glass, pack halfway with crushed ice and give the drink a swizzle/mix to combine. Pack with more crushed ice to top.

GARNISH: Grapefruit slice or strip of zest.
