Ingredients

  • 60ml Irish whiskey
  • 200ml apple cider
  • 150ml crisp apple juice
  • juice of 1 lime
  • soda, to top
  • apple wheel, to garnish (optional)
  • ice

A long, refreshing end of summer sipper with a definitive nod to the Emerald Isle. Serves 1

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in whiskey, cider, apple juice and lime juice and stir
  2. Top with soda and stir gently. Garnish with an apple wheel
