Grapefruit Negroni

Ingredients

  • 2 pink grapefruit
  • 60ml gin
  • 60ml white vermouth
  • 30ml Campari
  • 2 long sprigs rosemary

Makes 2

  1. Fill two old fashioned glasses with large ice cubes.
  2. Juice one grapefruit and pour into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add the gin, vermouth, and Campari. Shake well, and strain directly into the two glasses.
  3. Cut the second grapefruit into thin slices. Garnish each glass with two grapefruit slices and a sprig of rosemary.
