¼ of a small fennel bulb, roughly chopped, fronds reserved for garnish (optional)

juice of a grapefruit, wedge reserved for garnish (optional)

1 tsp pink peppercorns

50ml Grapefruit Absolut Vodka

Fevertree Mediterranean Tonic, to top
Juicy grapefruit, a touch of aniseed flavour and the nuance of pink peppercorns make Absolut’s delicious grapefruit vodka absolutely sing. Serves 1

Crush the pink peppercorns in a mortar and pestle. Add to a cocktail shaker with chopped fennel bulb and muddle well

Add ice, grapefruit juice and vodka and shake well

Strain into an ice-filled glass and top with tonic of your choice, we used Fevertree Mediterranean Tonic

Garnish with fennel fronds and a wedge of grapefruit
