Satay Cauliflower Bites


  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • ½ cup satay sauce
  • ¼ cup panko crumbs
  • ½ cup chopped honey-roasted peanuts
Crunchy roast cauli that's so easy to make, it'll become a staple side-dish. Serves 4.

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C fan bake.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and toss with the satay sauce until well coated.
  3. Arrange on a lined baking tray, and sprinkle with panko crumbs.
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until just tender and starting to caramelise.
  5. Serve sprinkled with chopped roasted peanuts.
