Mini Chorizo Wraps


  • 12 mini chorizo pre-cooked sausages or salami sticks
  • 6 slices Parma ham, cut in half lengthways
  • 1 block halloumi cheese, cut into batons the same length as the sausages
  • olive oil, for frying
  • relish or tomato sauce, to serve
The 'squeak' of halloumi cheese and tasti chorizo make thee an ideal snack or appetiser. Makes 12

  1. Place a baton of cheese alongside each sausage and wrap in half of a Parma ham strip. Tuck the end under to secure in place.
  2. Drizzle a little oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook the chorizo wraps in batches until golden and hot, with the cheese starting to melt.
  3. Serve with relish or tomato sauce.
