Baileys Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients

  • 100ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 80ml heavy cream
  • 150 grams chocolate, roughly chopped (white, milk or dark is fine. Up to you!)
No cake will ever be the same again
  1. Combine cream and Baileys together in a medium saucepan, and gently heat until nearly at boiling point
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate
  3. Leave to cool for 5 minutes during this time it will start to set
  4. Use as an icing or filling for cakes, muffins or biscuits
