150mls Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water

1 pack fairy floss (we used Pariya Pashmak Persian fairy floss)

This popping pink drink is super fun, sweet as candy and a perfect Easter party or girls' night cocktail. Serves 2

Shake tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime juice and ice in a mason jar or cocktail shaker. Once the shaker is cold, remove lid, add aromatic tonic water and stir (don't shake).

Fill glasses almost to the top with loosely-packed fairy floss. In front of your guests, pour liquid into glasses over the fairy floss and watch the fizzy drama! Serve with lime slices or wheels.
