Ingredients

  • 25ml Chivas Regal Extra whisky
  • 25ml dry Oloroso sherry
  • 12.5ml fresh lemon juice
  • 12.5ml redcurrant syrup
  • dash of soda water
  • ice
  • lemon twist to garnish
Combine the complex sweetness of Chivas Regal Extra and richness of sherry with redcurrant and lemon for a mouthwatering Collins. Serves 1
  1. Pour the Chivas Regal Extra whisky, sherry, fresh lemon juice and redcurrant syrup into an ice-filled highball glass and stir
  2. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon twist
