  • 45ml Grey Goose Vodka
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100ml coconut cream
  • 60ml pineapple juice
  • candy floss to garnish (optional)

This impressive cocktail is perfect for Christmas day and even better – it's ultra simple to make, leaving you more time for present opening. Serves 1

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients and shake well
  2. Taste and adjust according to your preferences
  3. Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a ball of candy floss (optional)
