Ingredients

  • 4 raspberries
  • 50ml Mount Gay Rum
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 25ml raspberry syrup
  • Crabbies Raspberry Ginger Beer
  • ice
  • lemon slices to garnish

A refreshing raspberry and rum cocktail made with Crabbie's Alcoholic Ginger Beer. Serves 1

  1. Muddle the raspberries in a cocktail shaker with the rum, lemon juice and raspberry syrup
  2. Shake and strain into a large wine glass and fill with ice
  3. Top with Crabbies Raspberry Ginger Beer and garnish with lemon
