Cognac Snowball

Ingredients

  • 30ml advocaat liqueur
  • 40ml cognac
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream or sorbet
  • lemonade
A soda float for grown-ups with the addition of cognac to warm the winter cockles. Serves 2
  1. Place advocaat, cognac and lemon juice in a small jug and whisk to combine
  2. Divide mixture between two glasses and place a scoop of ice cream or sorbet in each glass
  3. Top with lemonade to create a soda-float styled drink
