Ingredients

  • 60ml Smirnoff Vodka
  • 12 large scoops lemon sorbet, plus extra to garnish
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup coconut water
  • toasted coconut flakes, to garnish

Pining for some winter sun? Take a taste trip to the Islands with this delicious lemon sorbet and coconut cocktail made with Smirnoff Vodka. Serves 1

  1. Add the Smirnoff Vodka, lemon sorbet, vanilla extract and coconut water to a cocktail shaker and shake until there are no big lumps of sorbet
  2. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with a small scoop of sorbet then sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes, to garnish (optional)
