Classic Pink Gin

Ingredients

  • 45ml London dry gin
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 5ml fresh lime juice
  • 150ml tonic water
  • orange zest and whole star anise to garnish (optional)
  1. Add all ingredients to highball glass, half fill with ice and give a couple of turns to incorporate ingredients then fill the glass to the top with ice. Garnish with a nicely cut orange zest and a single star anise (if using)
  2. Top Tip:
    For the best results, use a vegetable peeler to cut your garnishes, then finish them off by using a sharp knife to clean up the edges
