1 1/2 parts whisky (we recommend Monkey Shoulder)

Bar spoons of honey

2 1/2 parts boiling water

one clove
Here's the classic recipe

Add honey and clove to a heatproof glass

Pour in boiling water and allow to infuse

Add whisky and stir until honey is dissolved. Remove clove

Garnish with clove studded lemon.
