Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 parts whisky (we recommend Monkey Shoulder)
  • Bar spoons of honey
  • 2 1/2 parts boiling water
  • one clove
Here's the classic recipe
  1. Add honey and clove to a heatproof glass
  2. Pour in boiling water and allow to infuse
  3. Add whisky and stir until honey is dissolved. Remove clove
  4. Garnish with clove studded lemon.
