Chocolate Vodka Lamington

Ingredients

  • chocolate sauce
  • dessicated coconut
  • 30ml vanilla vodka (we used Absolut Vanilla)
  • 30ml Malibu
  • coconut milk
  • glace cherry to garnish (optional)
  • ice
  • crushed ice
Recreate the classic Antipodean cake in cocktail form with vodka and Malibu
  1. Pour the chocolate sauce and dessicated coconut into two separate saucers and dip the rim of your glass into the sauce and then into the dessicated coconut
  2. Add the vanilla vodka (we used Absolut Vanilla, or you can make a vanilla vodka by infusing a jar of vodka with a vanilla pod for 4-5 days), Malibu and coconut milk to an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds
  3. Fill your glass with crushed ice, pour the cocktail into it and add the glace cherry on the side if using
